Resignation of Independent Director

 

On August 16, 2021, Mr. David Sherman, an independent director and the chairman of the audit committee of the board of directors of China Liberal Education Holdings Limited (the “Company”), notified the company of his resignation from the board of directors, effectively immediately. Mr. David Sherman’s resignation from the board of directors was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.
