Resignation of Independent Director

 

On September 18, 2021, Mr. Joseph Levinson, an independent director and the chairman of the compensation committee of the board of directors of China Liberal Education Holdings Limited (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation from the board of directors of the Company, effectively immediately. Mr. Joseph Levinson’s resignation from the board of directors of the Company was not a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.
